Returns and Cancelations

If your item arrives damaged please phone us on (07) 4631 4000 so we can arrange a replacement or refund. We do not expect that you examine the goods while the courier waits however if the package appears to be damaged please make note of it on the couriers consignment note.

If a product appears to be faulty please notify us via the “contact” section of the website so we can advise the correct course of action.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods we will reimburse your credit card including packaging & freight charges.

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

*Damage due to negligence by you.

*Natural wear & tear caused after delivery.

*Change of mind.

An order can be cancelled if it has not been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order please phone us on (07)4631 4000 immediately.

Orders and Pricing

Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only.

While we try to maintain accurate stock levels, sometimes products ordered may be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival or a refund option.

Our online store is a standalone shop & prices may vary from those in store.


Most orders will be shipped within 3 working days.

Most orders should be received within 3 working days, however remote areas should allow up to 7 working days.

The majority of our freight is delivered by Toll Ipec & Australia Post, however we do have accounts with a number of freight companies should you require an alternative. If you would like to use a different freight company please contact us.

If you believe the price in our check out area to be incorrect or would like a quote on freight please contact us.

If there is no freight allocated to an item we will contact you with a quote.

Parcels will have to be signed for on delivery. Please supply an address where someone will be present.
